Faq/Policy

Keep in mind the handmade nature of my pieces, as there might be some small flaws you may not see in manufactured pottery. I only sell the pieces I deem acceptable and am confident in. If I do happen to sell something that has a major cosmetic or functional flaw, this will be indicated in the title, price, and description.

      Shop Updates

  • All shop updates are announced on my social media accounts. They consist of a specific date and time of when I will upload listings of new work that is ready to ship. 
  • If you'd like to be the first to know about shop drops, follow me over on my Instagram @michellesmudworks and keep an eye out for announcement posts!

    Shipping
  • I'm located in the United States, but I currently ship internationally to the UK, Canada, and Australia! For international shipments, please note that as a buyer you are responsible for any customs or import fees. 
  • Please allow me a few business days at most to package and ship your order. 
  • Before placing your order, be sure to double-check your shipping address to ensure delivery.
     Return/Exchange Policy
  • I only allow returns on pieces that arrive damaged, faulty, or just do not match the listing description.
    • I do not offer returns/refunds if you simply change your mind or regret your purchase. Please be extra mindful of your purchases especially when purchasing from a small business! <3
  • Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, once in a blue moon a piece can arrive broken! I take great care in packing orders, but if something does arrive damaged please contact me right away and include pictures of the damage. In cases like these, I will offer a full refund.
  • I allow these returns up to 14 days after you've received your item, but the item must be returned in the same condition as it was upon arrival. 
  • I do not offer exchanges.
